IT IS OFFICIAL!

Ok, it's official......I am going back to my roots.....teddy bear making!  I cannot stand it a minute longer.  After everything I do, I can't stop thinking about what fun it was....the clothes, the different faces, etc.  Be looking for what I create next!

WHOOPS!  And I almost forgot.....every creation station has to have a beautiful chandelier!  And here is mine.

WHERE THIS WOMAN CREATES

I took a break today in between making thirty six (36) small berries to add to an applique quilt I was finishing.  After burning my fingers on these nifty little critters that seemed like thirty six HUNDRED,  I decided to take a break......BAD IDEA!

I decided to sit down and peruse my new magazine "Where Women Create".  Next thing I knew I was digging my camera out of my purse and practically broke my neck standing on a small rabbit stool I have to take the pictures at the right angle.....yes, I HAD to take these pictures!  This magazine is so inspiring I cannot stand it. 

Now, I need to get back to my mohair teddy bear making, while quilting, altered art creating, antiquing, glittering of the world, and, did I mention, getting out all my Amy Butler fabric!!??

Serves me right!  I should have stuck to small berry making!  Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

CHICKEN FESTIVAL

Ok, so now the Chicken Festival has come and gone....what fun!  No, that is not me in that get-up!  This lady was so proud to be walking around in her finest outfit that I just had to take a picture.  Now, I need to restock for Etsy and a few more shows.  Love it!

What a great ending of a hot summer!  A Labor Day Antiques show out of town.....A special time spent with my daughter!  Compliments of her husband, we had a Girly Getaway at a hotel close to the show.  The day was also great with lots of wonderful customers and LOTS of sales.  Ah, we are both looking forward to next year!
