Now that the weather has started to become Fall, if there is such a thing in my area, I started a wool applique bag that I wanted to finish last year. Very tedious hand stitching but very worth the effort! I love working with wool....it is so natural!
I went to Joann's Fabrics looking for glue and came home with this primitive sign. Lo and behold, I could use a coupon as it was not on sale. I love it! Here are a few other photos including some things on the wall.
I changed my sewing room around. I moved my fabric from my shabby bookcase to the other side of the room on my cubbies. Nice to change things up as you find things you had forgotten about. Here is what I moved.
Family, friends, flea markets, the beach, gardens and gardening, chippy paint, vintage, white rooms, roses and peonies, cottage, antiques, glitter, anything pink, anything floral

Not a day goes by that I do not create something. It could be something out of fabric, paper, or I will paint a piece of furniture. I love quilts and putting myself into each one I create. Sometimes I think I have adult ADD as I run around from one project to the next. As I am finishing one quilt I am starting the next quilt in my head. I will never live long enough to accomplish all the creating that I wish to do!
